We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Business Assistant for our EMEA Tax team, delivering high-level administrative support in a fast-paced setting. The role involves managing senior stakeholder diaries, coordinating meetings, travel, and regulatory interactions, whilst building strong relationships to achieve business goals.

What You'll Do
- Proactively manage MD Leadership stakeholder diaries, scheduling meetings, conference calls, senior visits, and off-site events.
- Coordinate travel logistics, entertainment bookings, and ensure full policy compliance.
- Handle internal client interactions, departmental activities, and partner with support groups for seamless operations.
- Own coordination of frequent town halls, offsites, and ad-hoc projects as needed.
- Oversee distribution lists, technology usage, and governance of Tax group processes.
- Drive continuous improvement by understanding group priorities, business expectations, and streamlining operations.
