🔹 Position Details

Position: Admin & Client Relationship Executive

Location: Naroda, Ahmedabad

Employment Type: Full-time

Working Hours: 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM

Candidates from Ahmedabad, Naroda, Nikol, New Naroda, Krishnanagar, Bapunagar, Odhav, Vastral, or nearby areas will be preferred for convenience and smooth coordination

🔹 Key Responsibilities

Client Communication & Relationship Management

✔ Communicating with Australian clients via email and phone

✔ Following up on pending documents and client queries

✔ Maintaining positive client relationships and professional communication

✔ Coordinating with internal accounting teams and clients

Administration Support

✔ Managing daily administrative and operational tasks

✔ Organizing client records and maintaining data accuracy

✔ Preparing and managing internal reports and documentation

✔ Assisting management with workflow coordination

Marketing & Email Coordination

✔ Sending marketing and follow-up emails to clients

✔ Assisting with email campaigns and client engagement activities

✔ Supporting social media and promotional activities when required

Basic Accounting & Bookkeeping Support

✔ Assisting with bookkeeping and data entry tasks

✔ Managing invoices, reconciliations, and expense records

✔ Supporting GST, payroll, and compliance-related work

✔ Working with software like Xero, MYOB, or QuickBooks

🔹 What We’re Looking For

✅ 6 months to 2 years of experience in Australian accounting, administration, or client support role

✅ Good English communication and professional email writing skills

✅ Basic understanding of bookkeeping and accounting processes

✅ Knowledge of Xero, MYOB, or QuickBooks preferred

✅ Strong organizational and time management skills

✅ Ability to handle client communication professionally

✅ Positive attitude, presentable personality, and willingness to learn
