The Customer Service Representative (CSR) provides customer support via telephone andother
communication
channels for multiple Accounts. This positionis a REMOTEJOB.

Responsibilities:
Providecustomer service via all
communication
channels ( written &verbal
communication skills
) addressing customer requests orinquiries concerning services, status updates, verification ofdocuments.
Abilityto establish rapport and cultivate relationships with patientsconsistently and fellow team members, via phone andemail.
Abilityto multitask between taking phone calls, answering instant chats,checking voicemails, and responding toemails.
Consistentlycheck to ensure that appropriate changes were made to resolvecustomersproblems
Referunresolved customer grievances to designated departments forfurtherinvestigation
Providesolutions to users via support tickets as well as phonesessions.
Followup with open issues until the customer confirms the matter isresolved.
Assemblingand confirming patient schedule, make appointment remindercalls.
Givepatients estimates of treatment making sure to communicate in aclear, understandable, and respectfulmanner.
Obtainand examine all relevant information in order to assess validity ofcomplaints and to determine possible causes, such as eligibility,and handle claims questions regarding payments ordenials.

Outstandingtelephoneetiquette Strongwritten & verbal communicationskills
Proficiencywith MS Office applications — Word, Excel,Outlook Excellenttime management skills to meet goals anddeadlines
Abilityto multitask effectively; organized anddependable
Abilityto pick up new processes and technologiesquickly
Educationand
Experience:
Highschool diploma orequivalent
Excellenttypingskills
Proficiencyusing the Google Suite ofproducts
Proficiency inrelevant computer applications and call centersystems
