Administrative Assistant – Facility Maintenance Company
We are a fast-growing, facility maintenance company seeking a reliable and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our team!
We’re looking for someone who is dependable, open-minded, and passionate about supporting a team. A great personality, problem-solving mindset, and attention to detail are key!
Responsibilities include:
Data entry and record keeping
Handling incoming and outgoing calls and communications
Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting client relationships
Developing strong relationships with customers and ensuring satisfaction
Managing multiple projects with accuracy and efficiency
Researching and purchasing materials as needed
Providing exceptional day-to-day client service
Supporting the team with various administrative tasks
Qualifications:
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proven ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
Friendly, professional demeanor with a customer-first mindset
Compensation: Based on experience.
