IPA (Independent Project Analyst) have an opportunity for a Business & Office Administrator to take on a varied and busy role. The ideal candidate will have administrative experience, be pro-active, conscientious and detail oriented.

Key areas of responsibility

Administrative support to Office Managers including their calendar management, compilation of data for reports, international and local business travel co-ordination as well as expenses reconciliation.

Administrative support for internal and external client conferences and training courses.

General office administrative and facilities activities including co-ordination of vendors/deliveries and Reception duties.

Support for Project Scheduling.

Fire Warden and First Aider at Work (training will be provided).

Required Skills and Experience

Experience of managing diaries; coordinating meetings and video conferences; arranging and managing travel itineraries; and reconciling expenses.

Highly organised with strong attention to detail, excellent time management and able to effectively manage conflicting time-sensitive priorities.

Able to always maintain professionalism and discretion.

Well-developed interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with both internal and external stakeholders, as well as people from other cultures.

Required Education and Skills

High general standard of education is essential including English and Maths.

Excellent written and oral communication including fluency in English.

Experience of Microsoft Office including Excel and PowerPoint.

Accurate typing skills.
