Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our company, providing excellent customer service and administrative support.
Duties:
– Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
– Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate department or individual
– Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
– Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for staff members
– Perform general clerical duties, such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
– Assist with organizing and coordinating company events or meetings
– Transcribe meeting minutes or other important documents as needed
– Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
– Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable at all times
Qualifications:
– Proven experience as a Receptionist or in a similar role
– Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
– Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
– Experience using Dentrix and Quickbooks is preferred but not required
– Proficient in computer literacy, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
– Ability to handle multiple phone lines and transfer calls accurately
– Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
– Previous experience as a Dental Receptionist is preferred but not required
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.00 – $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 16 per week
