The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for supporting the executive team and performing various administrative duties to ensure the smooth operation of the office. The ideal candidate must have a strong attention to detail, the ability to multi-task, and exceptional organizational skills. This job is in the St. Louis metro area.
Compensation & Benefits:
The chosen candidate will receive a salary of $50-60k depending upon qualifications. In addition, they will be eligible for a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and employee discounts.
Responsibilities:
Manage all incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail, emails, and phone calls
Schedule events under the leadership team’s direction
Prepare and distribute important documents and reports
Coordinate and set up meetings and conference calls
Assist with travel arrangements and accommodations
Maintain inventory of office supplies and order as needed
– – Prepare and process reports
Assist with special projects as needed
Other administrative duties as assigned
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent,
Minimum of 1-2 years of administrative experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite / specifically Excel
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Must be able to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Knowledge of the auto industry is a plus
Must be able to work full-time, on-site in Shiloh, Illinois
