Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by providing administrative support and managing various front desk responsibilities. This position requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency in office software.

Duties

Greet visitors and answer phone calls.
Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
Accounts payable coding, reconciliation, and entry.
Payroll coding, reconciliation, and entry.
Assist with office management duties, including ordering supplies, maintaining up-to-date spreadsheets, organizing files, and managing inventory.
Utilize Microsoft Excel and/or Google Docs to create documents, spreadsheets, and presentations as needed.

Qualifications

Proficiency in computer literacy with a strong understanding of Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Google Docs
Previous experience in an office environment or clerical role is required.
Previous construction industry experience preferred.
Strong proofreading skills with attention to detail.
Excellent organizational abilities and time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Ability to work independently, be punctual, and be self-motivated.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $23.00 – $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
