Role Description
The Business Office Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Kelang. This role involves managing daily office operations, coordinating with departments for administrative support, and ensuring efficient workflows. Responsibilities include handling billing, overseeing insurance claims, maintaining accurate accounting records, and providing training and guidance to staff. Effective communication with patients, staff, and external partners is an essential part of the role.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication skills to interact effectively with internal teams, patients, and external stakeholders
- Proficiency in Accounting practices and the ability to manage billing and financial records accurately
- Experience in Office Administration and ensuring smooth operational workflows
- Familiarity with Insurance processes and claim management
- Capability in Training to guide and support staff for enhanced performance
- Attention to detail, multitasking skills, and ability to work independently
- Relevant experience in a healthcare or corporate environment is preferred
- Minimum Spm/Diploma in accounting or Healthcare Management
