Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Office Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure the smooth functioning of our office. we are look for full time but may consider part time. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, exceptional organizational abilities, and a keen understanding of office management practices.

Responsibilities

Manage rental income properties and conduct company payments using Quick Books and our management software.
Communication with existing and new residential and commercial tenants, subcontractors and vendors.
Oversee calendar management for executives and ensure efficient scheduling of meetings and appointments.
Maintain accurate records using QuickBooks for financial tracking and reporting.
Implement organizational systems to enhance workflow efficiency within the office.
Maintain and balance all checking accounts for various companies using our management software.

Experience

Proven experience in an office management role or similar position.
Proven experience with at least 5 years using Quick Books
Demonstrated ability to management and balance several bank accounts.
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
Proficiency in QuickBooks or similar accounting software is preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $28.00 – $33.00 per hour
