Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Office Administrator, based in Miami, FL. The Office Administrator will be responsible for managing day-to-day administrative operations, supporting internal teams, and ensuring the smooth functioning of office procedures. Key responsibilities include maintaining office supplies, managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, and assisting in HR and finance-related tasks. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and able to support a fast-paced and growing team.

Responsibilities:

Oversee daily office operations and administrative processes
Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
Manage office supplies inventory and vendor relationships
Support HR tasks such as onboarding and document management
Assist with basic bookkeeping and invoice tracking
Maintain digital and physical filing systems
Act as point of contact for internal teams and external vendors
Ensure the office environment is well-organized and efficient

Qualifications:

Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
Experience with administrative software and tools
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
Detail-oriented with a proactive approach
Experience in hospitality, logistics, or customer service is a plus
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
