Arbor Post Acuteis seeking a reliableBusiness Office Managerto support our office manager in day-to-day accounting functions, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local standards.

Essential Duties:

Verify and process Insurance billing.

Maintain census documentation.

File paperwork and post State Notices.

Assist with referrals, insurance benefits, and authorization.

Handle TARS system, Medi-Cal billing, and HMO billing.

Run Medi-Cal/Medicare eligibility checks.

Assist with phone inquiries.

Contribute to admissions and collections processes.

Request postage checks.

Support all other business office duties.

Work Schedule:

8-hour shift

Mon-Fri
