Job Summary:
Performs receptionist, administrative and staff support duties for the organization and leadership with some accounts payable/receivable functions.
Responsibilities:
Welcomes and interacts with visitors and vendors with professionalism with acting as gatekeeper of the organization
General clerical and administrative duties to include but not limited to photocopying, scanning, mail distribution, maintaining files, answering phones and managing emails.
Has good attendance and can work independently with minimal supervision
Maintains Conference Room, Employee Breakroom, Lobby, Front Desk and other common areas, by stocking, organizing and maintaining cleanliness.
Requirements:
Strong PC Skills, Proficient in MS Office: Excel and Outlook
Strong problem solving, basic accounting principles knowledge, documentation research and resolution, multi-tasking
Ability to perform mathematical computations such as percentages, fractions, addition, subtraction, Multiplication and division quickly and accurately.
Strong Organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.00 – $20.00 per hour
