While this position is fully remote, candidates located in the Denver metropolitan area are preferred. Occasional in-person meetings, team gatherings, or local support opportunities may arise, though regular office attendance is not required.
Employment Type: Part-Time (10-20 Hours Per Week)
Part-Time Employee or Independent Contractor (1099)
We are open to either a part-time employee or an independent contractor arrangement, depending on the candidate's experience, availability, and preferences.
Compensation: $30-$40/hour, depending on experience

Path EGD is a woman-owned wayfinding, signage, and environmental graphic design consulting firm specializing in complex environments including airports, healthcare, transportation, higher education, and corporate campuses. We help clients create intuitive, accessible, and memorable experiences through thoughtful wayfinding strategy, signage planning, and environmental graphic design.
As our firm continues to grow, we are seeking a highly organized and proactive Operations Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of the business and help keep our team running efficiently.
Position Overview
This role is ideal for an experienced administrative, operations, or project support professional seeking a flexible part-time position with a growing consulting firm.
The Operations Coordinator will work directly with company leadership to support invoicing, business operations, proposal coordination, scheduling, and administrative processes. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, resourceful, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
This position offers flexibility in scheduling and the opportunity to grow alongside a specialized and passionate team.
ResponsibilitiesFinancial & Administrative Support
- Prepare and coordinate monthly client invoicing using Harvest and QuickBooks
- Track invoice status and support accounts receivable follow-up
- Coordinate consultant invoices and expense tracking
- Maintain organized project, contract, and financial records
- Assist with insurance certificates, vendor onboarding, and contract administration
Operations Support
- Manage calendars and coordinate meetings
- Arrange travel and logistics as needed
- Organize and maintain SharePoint, OneDrive, and project files
- Track internal deadlines, action items, and deliverables
- Support operational improvements and administrative processes
Proposal & Business Development Support
- Assist with proposal preparation, formatting, and production
- Maintain resumes, project sheets, and qualification materials
- Track RFP opportunities and submission deadlines
- Coordinate document collection from teaming partners and subconsultants
- Support marketing and business development initiatives
Executive Support
- Assist with inbox management and routine correspondence
- Prepare meeting agendas and coordinate follow-up actions
- Help prioritize tasks and maintain organizational systems
- Provide general administrative support to company leadership
QualificationsRequired
- 3+ years of experience in administrative support, operations, project coordination, or a similar role
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through
Preferred
- Experience supporting architecture, engineering, construction, consulting, or other professional services firms
- Familiarity with Harvest, QuickBooks, Smartsheet, SharePoint, or similar business platforms
- Experience supporting proposals, qualifications packages, or business development efforts
- Experience coordinating contracts, insurance certificates, and consultant documentation
