About the Role

As a Business Operations Officer, you will support the day-to-day operations of the Virtual Products business by ensuring operational processes run smoothly, reports are delivered accurately, and key business activities are executed on time. You will work closely with internal teams, vendors, and external stakeholders to maintain operational excellence and support business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Manage operational requests, tickets, and PR/PO processes in accordance with agreed service levels.
  • Coordinate vendor payments, GR creation, and other operational administration activities.
  • Monitor deposit balances and projections to ensure sufficient funds for daily business operations.
  • Execute manual commission top-ups and cashback disbursements for business campaigns.
  • Investigate operational issues and coordinate with relevant teams to resolve them promptly.
  • Prepare and submit regular operational and transaction reports accurately and on time.
  • Support daily operational activities related to Virtual Products and Mitra Financial Services.
  • Identify opportunities to improve operational processes and efficiency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in any relevant field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in operations, business support, finance operations, or related roles.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Comfortable working with data, spreadsheets, and operational reports.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Proactive, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willing to take ownership and drive operational excellence.
