Position Overview
You are invited to join the Corporate Equalities Team to provide comprehensive administrative and clerical support. With effect from 01 April 2026, NHS Scotland is reducing its full time working week from 37 to 36 hours per week, with no change in full time pay.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Interpretation and Translation Service on behalf of the Corporate Equalities Team.
- Perform a range of diverse duties as detailed within the job description.
Qualifications
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work within a multidisciplinary team.
Hours of Work
36 hours per week (Monday – Friday, operational hours 8am‑5pm). The 36‑hour arrangement starts 1 April 2026 as part of the AFC reduction in working hours process.
