Role Description
The Admin will be responsible for managing and enhancing the overall customer experience, specifically focusing on Visa services. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze customer needs, develop strategies, and implement solutions to improve customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with various government authorities to facilitate the Visa Process for clients and their dependents
Create partnership with various government centers to enhance the customer experience
Provide consultants with exceptional guidance and support
Coordinate with authorities for Medicals and Emirates ID processing
Manage the schedule of Drivers for pick and drop off for the clients
Qualifications
Excellent communication skills
Strong understanding of PRO services and local regulations in Dubai
