Who We Are Seeking:

This is an Independent Contractor position that will be issued a 1099 at year end. We are seeking a skilled Office Admin to join our team. As an Office Admin, you will process incoming merchant applications and provide essential, time-sensitive support to our Sales team. Additionally, you will complete administrative tasks for the organization such as data entry, record management, scheduling, and office maintenance. This role requires a proactive, organized, and resourceful individual who can manage time-sensitive tasks efficiently and accurately.

This is a full-time, in-office position based in North Miami Beach, FL with hours of operation from Monday through Friday from 10am – 6pm EST.

Duties & Responsibilities​:

Provide administrative support to the organization.
Complete data entry and maintenance of business files.
Respond to applicant inquiries via phone, email, and text.
Prepare, proofread, and edit reports and contracts with meticulous attention to detail.
Promote interdepartmental collaboration by partnering with other departments.
Analyze financial statements, tax returns, and other financial documents to qualify applicants.
Collaborate with the sales team to communicate decisions to merchants.
Maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion.
Handle office maintenance items including managing supplies, equipment, and facilities.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Proficient in the use of CRM systems and MS Office with demonstrated ability to learn new technology as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

Knowledge of the revenue advance industry and regulations

Salary: Starting at $46,800 – $50,000 annually, DOE

Reliable transportation to our North Miami Beach office location.
