Salary: £22,000 – £24,000

A leading Engineering firm in the heart of Leeds City Centre are recruiting for an Administrator. Joining a
dynamic
business support team, the successful candidate will provide varied administrative support to fee earners and the wider team; the role will require excellent
attention to detail
and outstanding organisational skills, coupled with the pace to provide a 1st class support. The day-to-day duties will be varied and will include;
Reception duties
Managing stationary supplies
Processing all in and out going post
Manage all IT queries and escalations
Document formatting
Minuting meetings,
Audio & copy typing of documents
Preparing meetings
Booking and managing of all travel & accommodation
Manage expenses
Ad hoc administration support
This is a fantastic role where the successful candidate will play an integral support role to a busy team setting, the successful candidate will work in fully office based environment and will have the following skills and experiences;
Client facing/
hospitality experience
Strong administrative skills
Excellent
communication skills
both written and verbal
Strong
attention to detail
Enjoy working in fast paced and friendly environment
Able to
multitask and prioritise workload
Strong knowledge of all MS office suite packages
