About the role

CatholicCare provides Permanency Support services for children and young people from 0 – 18 years of age who are not able to live with their own families. The Business Support Administrator provides a range of quality and timely administration support services to the Permanency Support Program in relation to general office tasks, management of property, vehicle fleet and records management to enable the effective operation of the business and seamless delivery of services to our clients.

This is a Permanent Full-time position.

Duties

Act as a central point of contact for receiving and attending to PSP incoming telephone enquiries, triaging calls, responding to feedback and enquiries.

Provide day to day operational support to PSP staff in relation to Carelink+;

Coordinate investigations into new properties for services needs and property maintenance.

Research and coordinate projects and initiatives.

Invoicing and maintenance of financial systems.

As well as other duties specified in the attached Position Description

Requirements

Advanced computer literacy across the MS Office suite.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including report writing.

Knowledge of office administration procedures, filing systems and processes for records management.

Demonstrated genuine customer service and commitment to providing first class customer service.

Demonstrated professional approach to dealing with confidential and sensitive matters.

As well as other criteria specified in the attached Position Description.
