Job Summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Business Support Assistant to join our vibrant business support team at the Bassetlaw Day Care Centre. We are on the lookout for a dynamic individual who is ready to take on a variety of administrative tasks. If you are organised, proactive, and eager to contribute, this role is for you!
Role Responsibilities
As a Business Support Assistant, your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing administrative tasks with accuracy and efficiency.
- Supporting the team with various projects and initiatives.
- Maintaining confidentiality and adhering to General Data Protection Regulations.
- Assisting in the preparation of reports and documentation.
- Communicating effectively with team members and external stakeholders.
Required Skills And Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- Experience in using IT software, particularly MS Excel.
- A willingness to learn and adapt to specialist systems used within the team.
- A good understanding of administrative processes and procedures.
