About The Opportunity

Our client is focused on providing critical services related to safety, emergency response, and risk management

  • This is a temp role, until end of June. Based in Auckland CBD.
  • Manage inbox enquiries and act as a first point of contact
  • Deliver high-quality administrative support across multiple teams
  • Assist with reception duties, including visitor management and calls
  • Update and manage asset data, including maintenance and reporting records
  • Respond to finance-related queries and support supplier coordination
  • Coordinate meetings, events, travel, and accommodation bookings
  • Prepare agendas, take minutes, and track follow-up actions
  • Maintain office supplies, stationery, and general facilities coordination
  • Assist with document preparation, reporting, and data analysis
  • Support insurance claims and property-related administration
  • Support internal communications, newsletters, and updates
  • Contribute to process improvements and system updates
  • Provide general support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations

What You’ll Bring

  • Strong administration and coordination experience
  • Knowledge of accounts receivable and payable and financial reporting and budget processes
  • Exposure to asset or fleet management systems (e.g. JDE)
  • Experience with finance systems (SAP or similar)
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
  • A proactive, flexible, and team-focused approach
