What The Day Will Look Like
- Answer incoming phone calls promptly and courteously, ensuring they are directed to the appropriate person or department.
- Attend to guests in a friendly and professional manner, creating a welcoming and positive first impression.
- Liaise with Building Management and vendors on office facilities related matters.
- Perform under supervision the purchase and issuance of PO of office supplies (stationery, pantry items, plants etc).
- Upkeep and control meeting room bookings via Outlook, ensuring accurate scheduling and minimizing booking conflicts.
- Maintain and upkeep the front desk area and meeting rooms so they are consistently clean, tidy and well stocked with necessary items.
- Assist with In-house event logistic setup when required.
- Perform any other ad‑hoc duties as and when required.
Skills And Experience That Will Lead To Success
- Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level qualification or equivalent.
- Preferably at least 5 years of relevant experience in a receptionist and/or customer service role.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word at an intermediate level.
- Pleasant and confident personality with a proactive, customer‑focused attitude. A strong team player who is detail‑oriented and able to work independently.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills suitable for professional interactions with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to multi‑task and prioritize effectively in a fast‑moving and dynamic environment, including handling occasional pressure.
- Basic audio‑visual (AV) knowledge is preferred to support simple in‑house meeting and event setups.
