Job Responsibilities
As a Specialist in Business Support & Operations, you will assist the Account Manager for Digital PIN Content in managing daily operations with Third Party Suppliers, reporting directly to the Senior Manager of Global Sales Support & Operations.
Key Responsibilities
Support the Account Manager with daily tasks, including PID (Product Identification) creation and amendments.
Ensure accurate settlements to suppliers.
Assist in onboarding new content to Razer Gold’s B2C and B2B platforms and coordinating with regional sales & marketing teams
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch new products and promotions, ensuring all necessary preparations and follow-ups are completed.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all account activities, including PID changes, reconciliations, and promotional activities.
Work closely with the Account Manager to ensure periodic product cost price checks are conducted and implement strategies to mitigate potential risk and losses
Identify and resolve issues related to account management, working closely with internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
Conduct market research on digital PIN content product suitability.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of operational processes.
Other duties as assigned by reporting manager.
Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
3-4 years of experience in administrative and operational roles.
Master of Multitasking: You handle multiple projects effortlessly, maintaining perfect balance without breaking a sweat.
