BUSINESS SYSTEM COORDINATOR – Miami, FL – $25-30/hr

The Business Systems Coordinator supports the Business Process Optimization team by managing day-to-day administrative activities related to internal systems. This role focuses on maintaining data accuracy, managing support requests, and ensuring documentation is current and accessible. By streamlining administrative workflows and serving as a point of coordination for system-related tasks, the System Coordinator contributes to operational efficiency, timely issue resolution, and the overall success of business process improvements.

Top (5) Required Skills & Experience

  1. Advance Excel skills with the ability to perform VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables, formulas, & data validation.
  2. 2 years of experience as a Systems Analyst or Project Coordinator in a Microsoft Environment working with some type of Ticketing Systems (ServiceNow, Jira, Zendesk, etc.).
  3. Basic Project Management or Project Coordination skills including the MS Project Suite of tools.
  4. A High Sense of Urgency, Ability to work independently & Strong Problem‑Solving Skills
  5. Needs to be resourceful, solution-oriented, and able to troubleshoot day‑to‑day workflow and ticketing challenges.

Nice to have:

  • Previous experience supporting the implementation or integration of a new ERP system is highly desirable.
