Buyer/Administrative Assistant Jobs in Merritt Island, FL at Acara Solutions
Duties include:
– Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
– Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct calls to appropriate individuals
– Check-in and check-out guests, ensuring accuracy of information and providing necessary assistance
– Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally
– Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
– Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation
– Coordinate and schedule appointments or reservations as needed, manage schedule adjustments
– Provide general support to management and staff
-Incoming and outgoing referrals
– Manage Medical Records
-Verify insurance eligibility
– Manage mail returns
– Create and manage front office Schedule, manage call ins and provide coverage. Ensure clinics always have adequate coverage for providers and patients.
-Model professionalism and be a role model to the team.
Qualifications:
– Previous experience in a leadership front desk or customer service role preferred
– Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
– Proficiency in using computer software such as QuickBooks for managing financial transactions
– Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
– Attention to detail and accuracy in handling paperwork and data entry
– Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
– Knowledge of clerical procedures and office equipment operation
– Familiarity with medical or dental office procedures is a plus
