They invest in pre-seed and seed stage biotech companies working on solutions to extend the healthy human lifespan.

We are looking for an Executive Assistant/Operations Associate to play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our client’s operations on a daily basis.

Reporting directly to the General Partner, this full-time position requires 40 hours per week and is based in the Pacific Time zone. The role offers a competitive salary range of around $1000 to $1500 a month, with growth opportunities as the business scales up.

Role and Responsibilities:As the Executive Assistant/Operations Associate, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our fund’s operations on a daily basis. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Managing General Partner’s Priorities: Keep track of the GP’s priorities and help achieve quarterly goals efficiently

External Communications and Inbox Management: Handle email triage for the GP and manage the joint email address, including drafting responses to the majority of incoming emails

Networking and Introductions: Facilitate introductions for portfolio companies, founders, and fellow investors to foster valuable connections

Scheduling and Calendar Management: Organize schedules, manage travel arrangements, and maintain efficient calendar management

You will also have the opportunity to grow with the business and take on more exciting responsibilities such as:

Chief of Staff Responsibilities: Act as the right-hand person to the Head of Ops, ensuring seamless internal operations. This includes tracking deal flow and creating related reports, project management for due diligence on deals, assisting with investor relations, and more

Social Media Content Creation: Participate in content creation for our social media platforms

Immediate Tasks for Week 1:

In your first week, you will take ownership of the following tasks:

Inbox management

Calendar management and travel arrangements

Familiarizing yourself with the General Partner’s communication style to effectively communicate on their behalf
