An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Child and Adolescent Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, Body Dysmorphic Disorder and Related Disorders team in the National & Specialist CAMHS Outpatients for a Team Administrator.

The Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder, Body Dysmorphic Disorder and Related Disorders service provides specialist assessment and treatment for young people experiencing anxiety disorders involving obsessions and compulsions, such as OCD, BDD, trichotillomania, and related conditions. We offer evidence-based treatment, primarily Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), which focuses on helping young people understand and manage their anxieties. Therapy is typically delivered in weekly, one-hour sessions at the clinic over an average of 14 to 20 weeks.

We are looking for a focused and motivated individual to join the Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder, Body Dysmorphic Disorder and Related Disorders team in the role of Team Administrator. We are looking for experienced, organised and committed individual to support the work of the service, with the ability to work autonomously.

We are looking for a team administrator with excellent organisation and communication skills and a keen eye for detail. The successful candidate will be proactive, assertive, adaptable, work well within a team and be passionate about providing a high-quality service. We are looking for a candidate who has a good attitude, is efficient, great with systems and inspired by the idea of making a difference.

The Key Areas Of Responsibilities Are To Provide

comprehensive administrative and secretarial support

Support to senior administrator and office manager

Attending and taking team meeting minutes

Report typing, booking appointments and point of contact for families and other professionals.

In this role you will be able to work Tuesday to Friday with Friday being a working from home day, giving you the very best of good work life balance. Weekly working hours are as below and include a 30-minute lunch break each day.

Tuesday: 11am-4.30pm

Wednesday: 11am-4.30pm

Thursday: 11am-4.30pm

Friday: 11am-3.15pm

About our location:

This part-time post is based at the Michael Rutter Centre, Maudsley Hospital, Denmark Hill, London. SE5 8AZ.

PLEASE NOTE: shortlisted applicants will be required to complete an onsite test and only candidates who perform successfully at testing stage will be invited to interview.
