Key Responsibilities:
• Support go-to-market execution across key industry moments and commercial campaigns.
• Coordinate participation in external events, including logistics, planning, and vendor management.
• Manage branded partner events to drive awareness, engagement, and market growth.
• Execute attendee follow-up workflows and engagement programs to improve conversion and program outcomes.
• Provide operational support to ensure seamless execution of GTM activities and compliance processes.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, Legal, Workplace, and external partners to deliver successful initiatives.
• Track project milestones, maintain documentation, and monitor KPIs to ensure timely delivery.
Requirements:
✔ 1–3 years of experience in Event Management, Marketing Operations, Project Coordination, Administrative Support, Program Coordination, or Business Operations.
✔ Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills.
✔ Ability to manage multiple priorities with excellent attention to detail.
✔ Experience working with vendors, partners, and cross-functional stakeholders.
✔ Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities.
✔ Experience with CRM or workflow tools such as Dynamics, Salesforce, or similar platforms is an advantage.
