Epilog Creative is hiring a Social Media Admin to support campaign execution, manage audience interactions, and help the team with day-to-day administrative needs across ongoing projects and retainers.
This role is suitable for someone who is organized, responsive, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling social media platforms, audience communication, and project admin tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Support the team in executing social media campaigns, digital activations, and ongoing retainer work
- Manage audience queries, comments, direct messages, and basic community interactions across social media platforms
- Monitor comments, messages, and audience responses, then escalate important issues to the relevant team
- Assist with content scheduling, posting, and basic platform management when needed
- Help coordinate campaign deliverables, timelines, documents, and administrative requirements
- Prepare simple updates, recaps, reports, and documentation for internal teams or clients
- Organize campaign files, links, documents, approvals, and project trackers
- Support account, creative, strategy, and production teams in daily project coordination
- Help maintain smooth operations across multiple ongoing projects
Requirements
- Open to candidates with experience as a social media admin, online shop admin, customer service admin, community admin, or similar roles
- Agency experience is not required, but experience handling online communication or social media accounts is a plus
- Able to communicate clearly, politely, and professionally with audiences, clients, and internal teams
- Has a good sense of writing, especially for short replies, captions, updates, and basic social media communication
- Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks at the same time
- Comfortable using Google Workspace, especially Google Sheets, Google Docs, and shared folders
- Responsive, proactive, and able to follow up without being reminded repeatedly

- Experience managing brand, online shop, or community social media accounts
- Experience handling comments, DMs, customer queries, or campaign admin tasks
