What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

  • Manage calendars and schedules for the Auctions and Market Section Manager and team members
  • Coordinate the preparation, proofreading, and finalization of documents for review and approval
  • Draft, edit, format, and process various documents and correspondence in compliance with agency standards
  • Support recruitment activities by scheduling interviews and assisting candidates during the hiring process
  • Assist with purchasing processes and manage invoices in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders

What Is Required (Qualifications)

  • Four years of experience in clerical, secretarial, bookkeeping, accounting, or general administrative office work
  • Proven experience managing complex calendars and coordinating meetings and events
  • Strong communication skills with proficiency in drafting and formatting professional documents
  • Demonstrated reliability, professionalism, and sound judgment in administrative tasks
  • Technical proficiency with tools such as Outlook, SharePoint, and Teams for scheduling and document management

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

  • Experience administering webinars and web-based communications using platforms like WebEx and Skype for Business
  • Familiarity with purchasing or financial processing tasks to support procurement activities
