Catering Manager

For this Catering Manager Position you will need the following:

Relevant Qualification in the Hospitality Industry

3 years experience as a Catering Manager in an Industrial Catering environment

Strong Admin Skills

Competency in Mircrosoft Office and Google Drive

Strong interpersonal skills with Clients, Customers and Staff

Ability to do devise creative Menus and Cost these Menus and adhere to a budget

HR experience and dealing with your Staff

Work as a Team member

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: R10,000.00 – R15,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Cape Town, Western Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
