Role Purpose
Responsible to manage resources based on work demand compliance to rules, skills, staffing budget to ensure smooth operation during the shift. The overall resources scheduling must meet Safety and Security in accordance withcaterings rules and standards and procedures set by the organization
This is to be carried out in accordance with AeroDarat, regulatory department and customer airlines policies, standard operating procedures (SOP) and service level agreement (SLA).
Key Accountability
Plan, assign and deploy resources against daily task assignments based on manpower & equipment requirements prior to the day of operations manually and in TATS.
Updating and monitoring resource movement manually/TATS on all types of absences, Clock in/ out in attendance, start/ end of task assignment and control as well as an update over time.
Monitor and re-deploy of resources to any disruption flight and task assignment such as flight delays, ad-hoc new tasks and etc.
Alert and highlight to HCC/OCC any problem or situation encountered by ADS Catering that may cause delayed equipment breakages
Acquire food order information from flight catering information systems.
Relay important information between the catering airside officer and the mobile operator such as flight schedules, aircraft swap and gate changes.
Verify departure time for all catering sectors to avoid operation disruption.
Collect and get endorsement from IFO PC on daily ops billing document. Daily summary to be submitted to admin exec for reconciliation.
Other duties as assigned by superior and management
Qualification & Work Experience
Degree or Diploma in any related field with 2 years working experience in Airport Services or SPM with 3-4 years experience in Airport Services
Skill & Knowledge
Average command of writing and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Required to attend all regulatory and mandatory training as per AeroDarat Training Manual (TGM).
Knowledge in MS Office application (Excel, Word and Power Point) and PC literate.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skill
