Crown Staffing is currently seeking Sales Route Driver to fill current openings at a company located in Richwood KY. The ideal candidates should be able to……work well with a team and should have….. a strong work ethic.
Requirements of the Sales Route Driver
HS Diploma or equivalent
Acceptable drivers record and valid driver’s license
Must have computer experience and the ability to operate various types of electronics
Must be able to view, read, and comprehend a variety of reports and manuals. Must have the ability to create and submit reports
Ability to work in an office, perform physical movements (moving in and out of truck/company sites), and technical functions
Maintain company vehicle
Once training is completed: the associate must be able to obtain and maintain new/current clients. Schedule customer visits. Contact customers via phone and email. Provide customers with quotes. Assist in credit collections. Plan and execute travel plans for their territory. Communicate to appropriate management/staff regarding progress, problems, ideas, and status of clients.
Benefits of the Sales Route Driver
Temp to hire
Starting pay is $18 an hour, will pay more for experience
Can start earning commissions after approximately 6 months in the position
After the first year, a merit-based increase can be given
Weekly pay
Responsibilities of the Sales Route Driver
Responsible for generating new sales and maintaining sales from existing customers
Pick up and/or deliver new or customer materials as required
Operating computers/various technology
Driving to clients and interacting with clients once there
Effectively communicate between clients, management, and team members
