Job Title: Central Scheduler
Schedule/Shift: Monday – Friday, 9-5 and 10-6 shifts (9-5 shift is priority)
Location: Morristown, NJ (onsite, potential to be hybrid down the road)
Pay: $20-23/hr
Responsibilities
- Candidate will be a scheduler in the Central Scheduling Call Center.
- Candidate will take a large volume of incoming calls that will facilitate the transcribing of orders and scheduling of our patients in various modalities.
- Candidate will be trained and required to communicate various patient assistance tools.
- Candidate will cross train in various modalities as warranted by the department.
Required Skills
- Call Center experience OR the equivalent in working in a high call volume environment.
- Strong customer service skills
Preferred Skills
- Scheduling experience
- Experience in practice settings, preferred:
- Primary care
- Internal medicine
- Pediatrics
- Epic experience preferred
- Bilingual – English and Spanish preferred
