What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Manage patient scheduling for radiology appointments, including obtaining insurance and handling medical records
- Answer multi-line phones for multiple locations and manage incoming faxes
- Maintain attention to detail and provide excellent customer service to patients and staff
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced, high productivity environment
- Exercise judgment and make decisions as necessary to ensure smooth operations
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Background in healthcare preferred
- Experience with eClinicalWorks Practice Management System preferred
- Strong ability to manage multiple tasks throughout the workday
- Excellent communication skills for interactions with patients, physicians, and coworkers
- Ability to work within the Central Standard Time (CST) zone
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Previous experience in a scheduling or administrative role within the healthcare sector
- Familiarity with radiology procedures and terminology
- Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in a dynamic environment
