Position Summary

The Centralized Scheduling Analyst, Shared Services will assist in daily operations Virtual Roster (VR), Time Manager. Work closely with Business Units to publish rosters using a demand-based method. Prepare or assist in generating regular or ad hoc reports required or requested by Senior Management, Payroll and other Business Unit

Primary Responsibilities

Prepare rosters and daily reports in a timely manner to fulfill operational demands.

Encodes roster to Virtual Roster.

Monitors and coordinates attendance report from Time Manager.

Coordinates and monitors leave approvals.

Assists in the Time Manager training of Business Unit Time Manager Approvers

Assist in generating regular or ad-hoc reports from Virtual Roster and Time Manager as required or requested by Senior Management, Payroll and other Business Unit.

Assists in maintaining Virtual Roster and Time Manager User accounts.

Coordinates Virtual Roster and Time Manager technical issues to relevant department.

Addresses all queries/request related to Virtual Roster and Time Manager.

Participates in Virtual Roster and Time Manager related training, projects and audit review.

Assists in the documentation of process and procedure related to Virtual Roster and Time Manager.

Assists with rostering related projects as required e.g. labor efficiency studies and analysis, roster quality issues.

Maintains and updates employee record in Virtual Roster including personal information.

Assists to review leave balances forwarded by HR for Band 3, Band 4 and Band 5.

Acts in accordance with established policies and procedures.

Pro-actively seeks new and improved ways of working, using increased automation and technology where possible.

Ensures all Policies and Procedures are kept up to date and updated as changes occur.

Performs all other task as required by Management

Qualifications

I. Experience

At least 0 to 2-year work experience in scheduling or workforce field

Experience on Virtual Roster and Time Manager or other scheduling software preferred

Experience in time attendance and leave monitoring preferred

Relevant Scheduling Experience highly recommended

II. Education

College Degree preferred
