Job Summary:
AmeriTrust Auto is seeking a friendly and organized Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing excellent customer service and administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner
Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate personnel
Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
Assist with administrative tasks as needed, including data entry and filing
Provide information about the organization
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth office operations
Qualifications:
Applicant must be 18 years or older and be authorized to work in the United States
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus
Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role
Background checks required
Skills:
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong computer & phone skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
