Key Responsibilities:
• Manage visitor welcome and general office inquiries
• Oversee meeting room bookings and tenant invoicing
• Support meetings with materials, catering, and follow-up
• Monitor and respond to the CFIB email inbox
• Handle inventory and reordering of supplies
Requirements:
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to manage sensitive information
• Organizational skills to juggle multiple priorities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• French is a valuable asset
