- Experience with Agile and DevOps environments is advantageous.

Key Responsibilities
Change Governance
- Own the enterprise Change Management process.
- Review all proposed production changes.
- Conduct risk and impact assessments.
- Ensure appropriate approval workflows are completed.
- Maintain organisational Change Management standards.
- Ensure compliance with customer contractual obligations and internal governance.
Change Advisory Board (CAB)
- Organise and facilitate CAB meetings.
- Review implementation schedules.
- Validate deployment readiness.
- Ensure rollback plans are available.
- Coordinate stakeholder approvals.
- Record and communicate CAB decisions.
Deployment Coordination
- Coordinate production deployment schedules.
- Manage enterprise change calendars.
- Identify scheduling conflicts.
- Ensure appropriate communication before implementation.
- Coordinate emergency changes where necessary.
Reporting & Continuous Improvement
- Monitor Change Success Rate.
- Monitor Failed Changes.
- Monitor Emergency Changes.
- Analyse change trends.
- Produce executive dashboards.
- Recommend improvements to Change Management maturity.
