Job Summary:

We are seeking a customer-focused and detail-oriented Chat Support Executive to provide real-time assistance to customers through live chat and messaging platforms. The ideal candidate will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and deliver a seamless customer experience while maintaining quick response times and high service quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via live chat, messaging apps, and web chat platforms
  • Provide product, service, and account-related support in a timely and professional manner
  • Resolve customer concerns related to orders, billing, subscriptions, or technical issues
  • Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate teams
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM or ticketing systems
  • Follow company policies, workflows, and SLA guidelines for response and resolution times
  • Assist customers with onboarding, account setup, and troubleshooting
  • Identify recurring customer issues and recommend process improvements
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering efficient and empathetic support

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
  • 1–3 years of experience in customer support, chat support, or client service roles
  • Excellent written communication and typing skills
  • Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities
  • Familiarity with support tools (Zendesk, Freshdesk, Intercom, LiveChat, Salesforce, etc.)
  • Basic computer literacy and ability to navigate multiple systems
  • Strong attention to detail and time management
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setup

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in e-commerce, SaaS, fintech, healthcare, BPO, or tech support environments
  • Familiarity with customer support KPIs (CSAT, SLA adherence, response times)
  • Basic understanding of technical troubleshooting
  • Experience supporting international customers
  • Multilingual communication skills (a plus)
