Job Summary:
We are seeking a customer-focused and detail-oriented Chat Support Executive to provide real-time assistance to customers through live chat and messaging platforms. The ideal candidate will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and deliver a seamless customer experience while maintaining quick response times and high service quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via live chat, messaging apps, and web chat platforms
- Provide product, service, and account-related support in a timely and professional manner
- Resolve customer concerns related to orders, billing, subscriptions, or technical issues
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate teams
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM or ticketing systems
- Follow company policies, workflows, and SLA guidelines for response and resolution times
- Assist customers with onboarding, account setup, and troubleshooting
- Identify recurring customer issues and recommend process improvements
- Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering efficient and empathetic support
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
- 1–3 years of experience in customer support, chat support, or client service roles
- Excellent written communication and typing skills
- Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities
- Familiarity with support tools (Zendesk, Freshdesk, Intercom, LiveChat, Salesforce, etc.)
- Basic computer literacy and ability to navigate multiple systems
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in e-commerce, SaaS, fintech, healthcare, BPO, or tech support environments
- Familiarity with customer support KPIs (CSAT, SLA adherence, response times)
- Basic understanding of technical troubleshooting
- Experience supporting international customers
- Multilingual communication skills (a plus)
