Reports To: President & Group Chief Executive Officer (Group CEO)
Key Liaisons:
- GCFO, GCOO, Sector CEO, HOB, HAW
Position Purpose:
- Lead strategic management and leadership to drive high impact of strategic implementation and results
- Direct Administration and Procurement / Supply Chain to drive operational excellence and efficiency for high customer satisfaction and retention
- Lead strategic Human Resource management to drive high performance, high retention and low turnover for school successful operation
- Lead System, Policy and SOP development for effective and efficient operation
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute administration and operational strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Serve as a key advisor to the CEO and Executive Team and the administrative, regulatory, and operational matters.
- Lead enterprise-wide initiatives to improve efficiency, compliance, and organizational effectiveness.
- Drive cross-functional coordination across HR, IT, Finance, Legal/Compliance, Operations, and Facilities.
- Oversee daily administrative operations to ensure optimal service delivery and resource utilization.
- Establish and maintain policies, procedures, and internal controls for administrative functions.
- Manage office and facility opera5ons, including vendor management, procurement, and contract oversight.
- Lead business continuity planning, crisis management, and risk mitigation initiative.
- Partner with HR leadership to drive organizational culture, workforce planning, and talent strategy.
- Ensure HR policies, employee engagement programs, and performance systems support organizational goals.
- Oversee compliance with labor laws, and employee experience initiatives.
- Collaborate with the CFO to prepare and manage administrative budgets, forecasts, and cost- saving initiatives.
- Monitor administrative spending and optimize financial efficiency in operational activities.
- Ensure alignment of budget decisions with strategic and operational priorities.
- Ensure administrative teams have the technology and tools needed for effective performance.
Requirement
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Public Administration.
- Master’s degree (MBA, MPA, or related) strongly preferred.
- 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in administration, operations, or corporate
services.
- Proven experience in executive management or as a senior operations/administration
leader.
- Experience managing multi-department administrative functions (HR, IT, Facilities,
Compliance, etc.).
- Strong track record of leading organizational transformation or complex operational
initiatives.
