Position: Chief Executive Officer ( Work Location )
The Chief Executive Officer (“CEO”) serves as the chief executive of the Firm and, in partnership with the Board, is responsible for the success of the Firm. Together, the Board and Chief Executive Officer assure the accomplishment of the Firm’s mission and vision. The Board has delegated responsibility for management and day-to-day operations to the CEO and has given him the authority to carry out these responsibilities, in accordance with the direction and policies established by the Board.
The CEO provides direction and facilitates the Board in carrying out its governance functions.
The candidate will be required to work from the Abu Dhabi office Should have been working in UAE for the past 5 years Should have worked in the capacity of Business Head or
for 5+ years Should have experience in the Financial services, Blockchain or Crypto industry Should have exposure to working with UAE regulators (for eg: VARA, FSRA, Central Bank of UAE etc) Should have an advanced degree such as MBA (Master of Business Administration) or other postgraduate qualifications Should have strong experience in Sales & Business Development Should have experience in leading and managing teams, so strong
skills are crucial.
This includes the ability to inspire and motivate employees, make tough decisions, and communicate a clear vision for the company’s future Should be skilled at long-term planning and strategic decision-making. They should be able to analyze market trends, anticipate industry changes, and adapt the company’s strategy accordingly A deep understanding of business operations, financial management, marketing, and sales is essential.
