About the Role:

Are you an experienced, entrepreneurial Personal Assistant looking for a dynamic role supporting a high-level individual with global interests? We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and resourceful PA to manage a diverse range of responsibilities, from property management to investment oversight.

Key Responsibilities:

Property Management: Oversee multiple properties, including maintenance, leasing, renovations, and overall asset management

Visa & Immigration Assistance: Handle visa applications, renewals, and travel documentation for international business and personal trips

Investment Oversight: Assist in monitoring and managing investments, liaising with financial advisors, and tracking key financial activities

Business & Personal Affairs: Provide comprehensive administrative support, including scheduling, correspondence, and document preparation

Project Management: Take charge of high-level projects, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and seamless execution

Problem Solving & Decision Making: Act as a trusted advisor, providing strategic support and solutions in fast-paced situations

High-Level Communication: Manage confidential correspondence and liaise with stakeholders, executives, and external partners with professionalism and discretion

Travel & Event Coordination: Plan and organize complex travel arrangements, events, and high-profile meetings

Key Qualifications:

Minimum 5+ years of experience in a high-level PA, Chief of Staff, or similar role

Strong background in property management, finance, and business administration

Experience handling visa applications, international travel, and legal documentation

Highly entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and take initiative

Exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and attention to detail

Ability to multitask and manage complex schedules with efficiency

Strong communication skills and professionalism when dealing with high-net-worth individuals, stakeholders, and service providers

Tech-savvy, with proficiency in business management tools and software

Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and handle confidential matters with integrity
