Chiropractic Assistant/Receptionist Jobs in United States at New York Chiropractic Associates
Receptionist for a busy 4 Doctor practice. Practice is 90% small animal, 10% large animal.
Ideal candidate will be an outgoing, people person w/ a sense of humor and able to multi-task. Experience preferred but not required. Willing to consider any candidate w/ the right personality. Customer service experience is a plus for candidate w/o veterinary clinic experience.
Responsibilities will include:
-answering phones
-scheduling appointments
-helping clients and pets into exam rooms
-invoicing clients and processing payments
Schedule will have 9-10 hour workdays and rotating Saturday mornings. At least 1 full weekday off weekly. Office is closed Saturday afternoon and all day Sunday.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour
