Job Description:

As an Executive Assistant at EVOLV, you will play a crucial role in streamlining our operations and ensuring that our internal processes run smoothly. You will be the backbone of our team, providing comprehensive administrative support and enabling our staff to perform efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Company Duties Management: Oversee and manage daily company duties, ensuring all tasks are executed efficiently.
Team Coordination: Maintain a motivated and organized team atmosphere. Ensure clear communication and coordination within the team to meet company objectives.
Order and Logistics Oversight: Monitor the processing of orders, shipping, and handling of claims, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all logistics-related tasks.
Payroll and Benefits Administration: Manage payroll processing, including commissions and benefits administration, and monitor employee hours and compensation accuracy.
Administrative Support: Assist with scheduling, correspondence, and other administrative tasks to support executive staff and enhance office operations.
Project Management: Take on special projects, from inception through completion, providing critical support and ensuring deadlines are met.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Experience in payroll, benefits administration, and basic HR functions.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with scheduling and communication tools.
Ability to work independently on projects and collaborate as a strong team member.
