Job Description
Capable to handle single user and multi user incidents in above mentioned skillset
• Proficient to communicate with user(s) over written and verbal modes of
communication
• Knowledge to review and manage the citrix policies
• Provide the oncall support to the environment in during weekend and off business
hours on rotation basis
• Follow the defined SOPs to resolve the known problems and troubleshoot new
problems
• Troubleshoot OS level issues in desktop OS in virtual environment
• Should be capable to perform machine level changes on hypervisor virtual environment
• Should be able to perform server level troubleshooting on Citrix perspectives
• Should be able to troubleshoot session level problems on the Citrix environment
• Engineer should be able to perform basic changes and validate the changes performed
per the shared directions
• Capable to make the decisions per the situation wisely and act accordingly.
• Capable to work on profile related issues in a WEM profile managed environment
• Own working knowledge of active directory and group policies
• Able to troubleshoot printing issues in Citrix environment
• Working knowledge of Storefront, database, DDCs and Cloud controller.
• Knowledge of Citrix cloud and MS Azure.
