Position Summary

This position is a member of the branch administration team. They are in charge of providing assistance in processes such as invoicing, accounts payable, payment application, etc. on a day-to-day basis. This position serves as the primary resource to employees and customers as it relates to billing and general administration, while maintaining confidentiality at all times and with a high level of professionalism, tact and diplomacy.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Subject matter expert in operations billing, invoice processing, and work order closing for the branches
Completes and files disposal, pumping, and other necessary reporting by town and state for regional operations.
First point of contact at the branch level for customer service and billing questions from the corporate office
Works with customer service to enter pricing and ensure all orders are being processed through billing.
Works with customers regarding billing issues, questions and complaints.
Assists in any other administrative task as assigned.
Requirements:

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Ability to understand instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form.
Proven ability to work and thrive in an email and digital communication-heavy environment.
Proven ability to work independently and manage pressure to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to manage and quickly adapt to changing priorities and responsibilities.
Ability to learn operating procedures quickly and be able to execute consistently up to standard.
Ability to read and interpret documents including Company policies and procedures, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, maps and road signs.
Ability to speak, cooperate and communicate effectively with customers, co-workers and management.
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to perform basic math functions.
Highly detail oriented.

Required Qualifications

Must have High School Diploma or Equivalent
Minimum 1 – 3 years in Administrative or Customer Service Role
Must be able to operate in a drug-free workplace.
Must possess reliable transportation or ability to commute to office daily.
