Job Description
- Accountable to plan, execute for day-to-day operations monitoring including: driver acquisition management, driver engagement management and inventory management etc.
- Monitor ops standard in the city
- Extract insights from data, trends, survey and market intelligence
- Manage cost effectiveness/efficiency and deliver targets
- Support Area Lead and Regional to roll out product initiatives in the City.
Requirements
- At least 3 years experience in operations, preferably minimum at the supervisor level from Multi National Company.
- Having strong analytical thinking and problem solving skills with data processing.
- Bachelor Graduate from any major.
- Having good understanding about supply & demand planning and control.
- Having good communication skills, good attention to detail, and easy to engage with community.
- Able to create creative solutions and initiative toward operation issues and empower relevant team to execute properly.
- Able to handle communication in community or mass conflict.
- Proficiency in English (written).
- Able to process the data from excel / spreadsheet and create on slide/PPT.
- Demonstrate resilience and adaptability in the face of challenging situations.
- Proven ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Applicants must possess a comprehensive understanding of the region they will be responsible for.
