This is a provisional appointment.
Brief Job Description (Essential Functions Of The Job)
Investigate and expedite public inquiry and/or complaints relative to outstanding parking violations, towed or impounded vehicles, ticket payments, and rights of appeal.
Responsibilities
Operates CTR terminal and microfiche viewer and completes appropriate departmental forms.
Compiles statistics and other material for reports.
Maintains files on departmental correspondence and records.
Performs related administrative support as required.
Performs related work as required.
Minimum Entrance Qualifications
Applicants must have two (2) years of full-time, or equivalent part-time, paid office clerical experience.
Ability to exercise good judgment and focus on detail as required by the job.
Substitution
Successfully completed secretarial and/or clerical courses above High School level for one (1) year of the required experience.
